Daystar Center performs follow-ups with all residents after treatment, no matter discharge status. Follow-Ups are conducted at the following rates: 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year. Former residents are encouraged to remain connected with Daystar Center through mentoring current residents, facilitating recovery meetings, etc. All former clients are encouraged to attend Daystar Center’s weekly aftercare group.
